It has been 14 days and the House still does not have a Speaker, stalling all legislation. In the past two weeks, my conservative colleagues have continued to fight with one another rather than working with Democrats to form a bipartisan governing coalition. Now, conservatives are close to electing an extreme Speaker. House conservatives have a choice: work with Democrats or embrace extremism.
