President Biden just announced a sweeping plan to reform the Supreme Court and ensure our nation's highest court is held to the highest ethical standards. Public confidence in the Court has been at an all-time low, and I am deeply concerned about recent reports of unethical behavior by Supreme Court Justices. Now more than ever, we need to take action to address these serious concerns. I want to hear your thoughts on this critical issue. Please take the brief survey below.

Since coming to Congress, I've been championing legislation to enhance transparency and rebuild trust in our judiciary. I firmly believe the Supreme Court must adopt an enforceable code of ethics. If the Court fails to act, then Congress must pass legislation to hold the Supreme Court to the highest ethical standards. I will continue working to strengthen accountability and public confidence in our courts.
