Dear Friend, As I travel across Wake County, one of the main concerns I hear from North Carolinians is the affordability and accessibility of healthcare. As costs for groceries, energy, and everyday goods rise, it's important to make sure people can afford their healthcare. Unfortunately, Conservatives have been passing legislation that weakens Americans' access to healthcare all year. Earlier this year, Republicans passed their budget bill that cuts funding for Medicaid and increases the deficit by over $3 trillion. That bill, coupled with other Republican policies, will cause more than 14 million people to lose healthcare coverage. Right now, Conservatives are threatening to shutdown the government unless they're allowed to pursue policies that raise prices and the cost of health insurance on everyday Americans. Democrats are fighting for bipartisan legislation that makes healthcare more accessible while lowering costs. As I get ready to vote, I want to know what you think.

Dear Friend,

As I travel across Wake County, one of the main concerns I hear from North Carolinians is the affordability and accessibility of healthcare.
